Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Plan for Personal Auto and Homeowners Policies                                  (Click to download form)

Premium is payable in 12 installments which are automatically deducted from a checking or savings account on a date that you choose. You will receive a schedule of all deductions when you begin the plan and if your deduction amount changes. If you wish to choose this plan, you must fill out an authorization form and return it, along with your first payment and a voided check. There is no monthly installment charge on this plan.

Full Payment Plan

Pay the full balance on your first bill with no installment charges or fees. Future premium or balance may be subject to installment charges or fees.

10 Payment Plan Personal Auto and Homeowners Policies

Premium is payable in ten monthly installments. There is a $4.00 monthly service fee added to each bill after the policy becomes effective.

10 Payment Plan Commercial Policies

Premium is payable in ten monthly installments. There will be a 1.25% finance charge added to each bill after the policy becomes effective.

E-Z-3 Homeowners Payment Plan

This plan is only available for homeowners and umbrella policies. Premium is payable in three installments due at the start of your policy and every ninety days thereafter. There will be a $4.00 service fee added to the last two bills.
